Maths Difficulties and Dyscalculia

This full day session covers all elements of maths and dyscalculia including identifying students and practical ways of supporting students with maths difficulties. The session will focus on:
- An introduction to maths difficulties including a look at why some children struggle
- How to identify and assess students who have or may have a specific maths difficulty
- How to support students with maths difficulties including practical ideas for the classroom, ideas for intervention and further thoughts about how we deliver the curriculum for these students
