The SEN/LDD Register

The SEN/LDD Register is driven by the information and data you enter into the two worksheets, SEN LDD and Pupil Data. This will require you to make decisions about the descriptors your school uses for its levels of learning support provision and the labels you most frequently use to identify individual learning needs. Once inserted, the data will then be automatically used by other worksheets to generate analysis, graphs and lists.

Provision Map

Provision Map Maker is straightforward to complete and can generate:

• Printouts summarising your year group SEN/LDD provision
• Analysis of staff time and costs

You may only wish to use the facility to print out a summary of your provision and leave all the financials to the bursar! However there are increasing expectations, especially in these challenging times, to demonstrate value for money, if so then the additional accountancy tool is a straightforward and handy tool.

• To provide a summary for senior managers
